Who we are

RIDDIM DECK is made and sold by DRHO Enterprise LLC, a Georgia limited liability company in the United States. For anything in this notice, email support@riddimdeck.com.

What we collect, and why

  • The beta form: your name, email and, if you give it, the controller you use. We use them to invite you to the beta and tell you about launch. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your details.
  • Bug reports: what you write, and the email you give, so we can fix the problem and reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in making the software work.
  • Buying: Lemon Squeezy sells RIDDIM DECK for us as the merchant of record. It takes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy, and passes us your name, email, what you bought and your licence key. We never see your card. We keep this to provide your licence and support, and because tax law requires sales records.
  • The app: RIDDIM DECK runs on your computer. It contacts Lemon Squeezy to check your licence key, sending the key and your computer's name, and otherwise connects only to services you set up yourself. It does not send us your library, your recordings or how you use it.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions for us. Purchases go through Lemon Squeezy. Both may process data in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Beta sign-ups until launch or until you ask us to delete them. Bug reports for as long as the problem is open, and a year after. Sales records for as long as tax law requires, usually seven years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@riddimdeck.com. If you are in the UK or the EU and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority - in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
