RIDDIM DECK END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT Version 1.0 1. WHO THIS IS BETWEEN This agreement is between you and DRHO Enterprise LLC, a Georgia limited liability company in the United States ("we", "us"), the owner of RIDDIM DECK ("the Software"). Installing or using the Software means you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install the Software. If you bought the Software, you bought it through Lemon Squeezy, which sells it on our behalf as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, receipts and refunds. This agreement is still between you and us, and covers what you may do with the Software. 2. WHAT YOU MAY DO We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for as long as this agreement lasts. You may make copies for backup. A paid licence comes with a licence key. Each key may be active on the number of computers stated when you bought it. You can move a key to another computer by removing it from the old one, in the Software's Licence window. To check the key, the Software contacts Lemon Squeezy when you activate it and each time it starts. If it cannot reach Lemon Squeezy, it carries on working. You may use the Software commercially - to play at paid events, to broadcast, to record, and to earn a living. Nothing you create with the Software belongs to us. Your mixes, recordings, broadcasts and libraries are yours. 3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense or lend the Software. You may not remove or alter any notice of ownership in it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that section 6 permits it, or that law permits it regardless of what this agreement says. You may not use the Software to break the law, including copyright law. What you play and what you broadcast is your responsibility, and licensing music for public performance or transmission is between you and the rights holders. 4. WHAT WE OWN The Software is licensed, not sold. We keep all ownership of it, including copyright and trade marks. You get the rights written in this agreement and no others. 5. UPDATES We may release updates. Unless an update arrives with its own licence, this agreement covers it too. We are not obliged to release any. 6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS - AND THE RIGHTS THEY GIVE YOU The Software includes components owned by other people, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md, which is installed beside it. Some carry licences that grant you rights this agreement cannot take away. In particular, the Software links two libraries under the GNU Lesser General Public Licence - SoundTouch and shine - which ship as separate DLL files beside the executable. For those components, and only those, you may: (a) modify them and rebuild them; (b) reverse engineer them as far as is needed to do that, and to debug your changes; and (c) replace the DLLs we ship with your own builds, and run the Software against them. Their source is available from us, and from the addresses in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Where anything in section 3 conflicts with a third-party licence, the third-party licence wins for that component. Section 3 restricts our own code, not theirs. ffmpeg, if you installed it, is a separate program rather than part of the Software, and arrives under its own licence. 7. NO WARRANTY If you are a consumer, the law of your country may give you rights in relation to software that is faulty or not as described - in the UK, for example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and in the European Union under its consumer law. Nothing in this agreement, including sections 7 and 8, affects those rights, and sections 7 and 8 apply only so far as the law allows. The Software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Being blunt about it: this is live performance software. Hardware fails, drivers fail, networks fail, and software fails. Do not put anything on it you cannot afford to lose, and carry a backup for anything that matters. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software - even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed what you paid for the Software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above, so they may not apply to you, and you may have rights under consumer law that this agreement does not affect. 9. PRIVACY The Software runs locally. It reads and writes its own settings, library and logs on your machine. It connects outward only where you tell it to: to a broadcast server you configure, to a streaming platform you give an address and key to, and to whatever you point it at - and to Lemon Squeezy to check a licence key, which sends the key and this computer's name. It does not report your use of it back to us. 10. TERMINATION This agreement ends if you break it. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your machines. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11 survive. The rights the third-party licences in section 6 give you are not ours to end and do not terminate with this agreement. 11. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the law of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts in Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute about it. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection the law of the country you live in gives you, including any right to bring proceedings in its courts. 12. THE WHOLE AGREEMENT This is the entire agreement between you and us about the Software, and replaces anything said before it. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest stays in force. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Copyright (c) 2026 DRHO Enterprise LLC.
